Renewal of Registration

Medical Practitioners and Dentists is advice to renew their registration a month prior expiry date to avoid penalty fee for late renewal of registration.

Renewal requirement

Complete renewal form
A notarized copy of medical additional qualifications received if applicant had completed further studies within the 24 months prior date of renewal.
Proof of payment of renewal fee plus penalty fee if registration is renewed late; as per below fees and banking details.

SR 500 for a period of not more than six months; or
SR 1000 for a period of 24 months

A penalty fee will be prescribe for late renewal of registration if registration date laps as per below:

Lateness by

1 to 30 days	SR 200
31 to 60 days	SR 400
61 to 90 days	SR 600
91 to 120 days	SR 800

Letter of Good Standing requirements and request:

Send email request to the Council stating reason why letter is being requested, the name of the institution, and full physical address plus email id.
