Dear Registrants,
The Seychelles Medical and Dental Council wishes to inform all registrants that the selection of Council members will occur from 24th to 28th March 2025 via an online voting platform.
To vote as well as to be eligible to stand for election, your registration must be valid and you must have a valid personal email address. In preparation for the process, the Council is requesting all medical practitioners and dentists to:
- Renew their registration promptly to ensure that they do not miss the opportunity to participate in this important process.
- Update their current valid email address and contact number with the SMDC office.
The Council is also calling for the nomination of candidates.
Candidates must:
- Hold a valid registration with the Council.
- Be in good standing with the Council.
- Have at least five (5) years of experience working as a doctor or dentist.
- Be interested and motivated to further the strengthening of the Council
